Custom AI agents,
built into your business
Your own team of agents to clear the busywork and power your growth
— designed with you, delivered by us.
Most business owners know AI could take their business further. Few know where to start.
AI and agents are changing the working world, but with so many new tools, so much advice, and so little time, it’s hard to know where to start. Figuring out which jobs to give to agents, how to build agents that do them properly, and how to keep them running well is harder still.
Why forward-thinking businesses need agents and AI
Free yourself from busywork
The CRM updates, the follow-ups, the reports, the scheduling — the work that fills your week without moving it forward. Agents run it in the background, without dropping a ball.
Get what you need to grow
Leads found and pitched, upsells spotted, customers kept warm, content shipped. Agents don’t just clear time for growth work — they do it, how and when you want them to.

Or build the whole team
Individual agents clear individual jobs. Put them together — under you, with one strategy and one approval queue — and you have a team that runs mornings before you’re at your desk.

Agents that work wherever you work, however you want them to.
No new platform to learn, no dashboard to babysit. Your agents plug into the tools your business already runs on — posting to Slack, updating your CRM, drafting in your inbox — and work exactly the way you want them to: on their own in the background, or checking in with you before anything goes out.
Your agents work in the tools your business already uses, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Slack, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Notion, Linear, HubSpot, Salesforce, Twenty, Microsoft Teams, Claude Code, Perplexity, Mistral, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Stripe, Xero, QuickBooks, Zapier, Airtable, Asana, WhatsApp, Calendly, lemlist.

Where do AI agents work best?
AI agents work best where the data exists, the tools are reachable and the process can be written down — conditions that fit far more jobs than the obvious ones.

Keeping the quality bar high in an AI agent team
AI agent quality is kept the way strong brands keep any standard: written down, reviewed by someone who can say no, and signed off before it leaves.
Read the post →Questions we hear a lot
What is an AI agent team?
A set of AI workers that runs part of your business — sales research, CRM upkeep, content, account care, reporting — under one human lead. Each agent has a written job description, allowed skills, a schedule, and a seat in your task tracker. Here’s how a team actually works.
Can an agent send something to a customer without approval?
No. Agents hold no sending credentials — anything customer-facing is staged as a draft behind an approval gate, and a human clears it. The email account, the publish button and the money stay with people.
What about hallucinations?
You contain them rather than wish them away: agents are grounded in your own data, outbound claims must be verifiable, approval gates catch what slips, and every run writes an audit record you can check. The full answer is here.
What tools do the agents work in?
The ones you already use. Agents plug into anything with an API — your CRM, task tracker, chat, inbox — so there’s no new platform to learn and no dashboard to babysit.
Are we locked in?
No. Everything is built in your accounts, on your data, as readable files — job descriptions, playbooks, rules — and your data never leaves your systems; we hold only access you can revoke. The platform is a twelve-month term; each agent is on three months’ notice with no exit fees, and you can pause one rather than lose what it has learned.
